At Kayzuki, we strive to provide our customers with an enhanced shopping experience, which is why we have designed a comprehensive product replacement policy. Our policy includes the following guidelines:

  • Customers must notify us of any product defects or incorrect deliveries within 72 hours of receiving their shipment.
  • All items must be returned with Kayzuki’s original packaging and tags. Returns without our tags will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unused for return or replacement.
  • If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it. However, in both cases, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the return or replacement process.
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds if the delivered product was undamaged, correct as per your order, or if the return request was made on false grounds.
  • Order cancellations are only possible before payment is made. After payment, an order can only be replaced if:
    • The received product is damaged.
    • The received product is wrong.
